Data Subject Request Form

If you have an active FaceTrust AI consumer account, exporting a full copy of your data or deleting your account is available directly in the app under Settings. Deletion removes your biometric record first, before the rest of your profile. There's nothing to fill in here for either of those — they take effect from your own account.

For a correction, an objection to a specific processing activity, a request made on someone else's behalf, or if you don't have access to the app, email our Data Protection Officer at Admin@facetrustai.com with what you're requesting and enough detail for us to locate your record (e.g. the institution you enrolled through). Include proof of identity, or written authorization if you're requesting on behalf of someone else.

We acknowledge every request and verify the requester's identity before acting on it — this protects you from someone else requesting deletion or export of your data. We respond within 30 days of a verified request, or sooner where required by the Nigeria Data Protection Act or the General Application and Implementation Directive.
